Shipping Policy

The item will be shipped within 4 – 5 days from the date of purchase, subject to availability.
All items are dispatched by reputed courier/transport companies or Indian/International Postal Services. You will be able to track your order using the Tracking ID provided by us.
In case of a difference in the buyer and the consignee address, the same should be stated at the time of placing the order. Any changes in the address after placing the order are not possible. 
Sometimes Delivery may take longer due to the following reasons: 
1) Bad Weather Conditions 
2) Flight Delays 
3) Political Disruption Scenarios 
4) Other Unforeseen Circumstances 

We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. Reverse pick up is not offered by elinor jewels.
In case a reverse pick up is arranged by elinor jewels, the following conditions will apply.

We usually take orders only for in-stock items. However, if the product is out of stock due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, the same shall be informed to the customer once the order has been placed. The customer can cancel their order in such a situation and payment if already made will be refunded. The customer cannot legally hold us responsible in any manner for order cancellation in such a situation. In any circumstances, the refund value shall not exceed the payment made against the placed order.

Nish Studio will not be liable for products returned by mistake. If a product not belonging to Nish studio is returned by mistake, Nish Studio will not be responsible for misplacement of the product or returning the product to the customer. 

Nish Studio will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
