Nish Studio does not offer any exchanges.
A return will only be issued if the product is faulty or has been sent a wrong product from our end. If the product is damaged while in transit then kindly email us on info.nishstudio@gmail.com~Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product

Returns or exchange are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

All returned items must be unused for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. We reserve the right to not provide a refund in such a case.
~Add an unboxing video .~Make sure to mail us within 24 hours after receiving the product.~After the analyzation a return delivery will be initiated from our end.~Make sure to send the product in the exact same box.~A exchange of the product will be done within 8-10 working days.


Note :- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video which contains the label/bill. If you fail to make one or report to us after 24 hours then there shall not be not be any actions from our end.
